If you live within about a 40 miles wide strip from Glasgow to edinburgh then go for it. The coverage is excellent around these areas. Also up the east cost to Aberdeen you are almost guaranteed a good service.

The north west of Scotland in my experience is very, very poor for coverage. Getting a mobile broadband signal of any kind here can prove to be a challenge!
